Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family)
- Must have three professional references
- Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
- Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
- Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR certification as CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with reading and writing skills
- Bilingual or multilingual individuals encouraged to apply
- Possess three professional references
- Completion of any necessary compliance, licensing, or registration requirements
Job Duties
- Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving
- Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties
- Provide personal care services including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence
- Maintain consistent care by working at least two weekly shifts with the same client
