Job Description
Seniors Helping Seniors4 Orange is a compassionate home care agency dedicated to improving the lives of older adults in the Orange, California area. Founded by Danielle and Chris Tuason, the company grew from a deep respect and love for the senior community, inspired by the lessons of faith, family, and life taught by their own elders. Their experience witnessing the reverence shown to seniors during a family trip to the Philippines motivated them to bring the same level of dignity, respect, and care back to their local community. Seniors Helping Seniors4 Orange specializes in matching caregivers with seniors who need extra help, fostering relationships that provide companionship, assistance, and independence. As a community-oriented service, the organization prioritizes creating meaningful connections that empower both the caregivers and the seniors they support, strengthening the social fabric of the local area.
The role of a Caregiver / Home Care Aide (HCA) at Seniors Helping Seniors4 Orange is both rewarding and impactful. Caregivers provide vital support by assisting older adults with various activities of daily living within the comfort of their own homes. This employment opportunity is part-time or full-time, with a competitive pay rate of $19 per hour and flexible scheduling to accommodate the caregivers’ lifestyles. The primary goal of this position is to enable seniors to maintain their independence and quality of life while receiving companionship and necessary support. Caregivers at Seniors Helping Seniors4 Orange play an essential role in their clients’ emotional and physical well-being by offering not only practical help but also fostering meaningful relationships.
Typical responsibilities include providing companionship and emotional support, assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation, helping with medication reminders, and aiding in personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Caregivers are encouraged to motivate seniors to stay active and engaged socially, promoting a vibrant and healthy lifestyle. Additionally, caregivers provide respite care to primary family caregivers, offering them necessary breaks for rest and rejuvenation. The agency welcomes experienced caregivers with a minimum of one year of experience and encourages licensed professionals including HCAs, RNs, CNAs, HHAs, and LPN/LVNs to apply.
Joining Seniors Helping Seniors4 Orange means becoming part of an empathetic, supportive team that values ongoing training and professional development. The organization fosters a friendly and collaborative environment that prioritizes the well-being of its caregivers, recognizing that a fulfilled caregiver contributes to better care for seniors. With a mission to make a meaningful difference in the community, Seniors Helping Seniors4 Orange is more than a job—it is a purposeful career dedicated to uplifting the lives of seniors and creating lasting positive impact.
