Job Description
We are a dedicated caregiving company focused on improving the lives of aging adults in the communities of St. Louis Park, Wayzata, Minnetonka, Mound, and surrounding areas. Understanding the importance of compassionate care, our mission is deeply rooted in personal experience. Our founder, after witnessing her own parents develop dementia, committed fully to caregiving and building a support system that lifts burdens from families facing similar challenges. We prioritize creating a supportive work environment where caregivers feel valued, fully trained, and able to grow their careers within the senior care industry.
We are currently hiring for caregiving positions that offer flexible schedules with both full-time and part-time options available. Starting wages range from $19 to $23 per hour, reflecting our commitment to fair compensation. Our organization boasts an excellent work environment supported by 24/7 assistance, allowing caregivers to focus on providing high-quality care without unnecessary stress. New employees will benefit from paid training, ongoing education, and orientation programs designed to equip them with the skills needed to excel in their roles. Additionally, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare plans, dental coverage, and a 401(k) plan, coupled with referral bonuses, paid time off, and performance incentives for career advancement.
The caregiving roles are designed for compassionate individuals passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors. Responsibilities include companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, running errands, transportation to appointments, and specialized care for Alzheimer’s and dementia patients. Our approach ensures a safe, respectful, and dignified experience for clients, promoting their independence and well-being. We value employees who demonstrate effective communication skills, a genuine commitment to care, and compliance with Minnesota state regulations. Candidates with valid driver’s licenses and auto insurance, especially those providing transportation services, are preferred. Weekend availability is necessary for certain shifts, ensuring continuous care for our clients.
Joining our team means becoming part of a community-focused organization that values integrity, respect, and dedication to caregiving. If you are seeking a rewarding career where your work directly impacts lives, this opportunity offers the perfect blend of meaningful service, career growth, and financial stability. Apply today to meet our dedicated recruiter, Fayth Yang, who brings three years of experience as a Recruitment and Retention Coordinator and understands the importance of flexible scheduling and a workplace that genuinely cares.
