We are currently looking for compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team and provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. Caregivers at Home Instead play a vital role in improving the well-being of clients by offering personalized care, companionship, and emotional support. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to make a difference every day by helping clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. In addition to direct care tasks, Caregivers collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans while maintaining a safe and clean environment that complies with health and safety standards.

This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, empathy, and the physical ability to assist clients with mobility and other physical activities safely. Prior experience in patient care is preferred but not necessary, as we offer paid training to help new team members develop the skills required to succeed. Benefits include competitive pay ranging from $16.50 to $17.50 per hour, weekend pay differentials, and reimbursement for mileage incurred during work duties.
