Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations
- Effective multi-tasking and time management abilities
- Demonstrated patience and compassion
- Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Job Duties
- Assist individuals with personal hygiene
- Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Manage challenging behaviors with patience and compassion
- Facilitate community inclusion and participation in favorite activities
- Develop meaningful relationships with individuals served
- Collaborate with supervisors to ensure high-quality care
- Maintain reliable transportation and documentation as required
