Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family)
- valid driver’s license
- willingness to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s)
- basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities
- completion of any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or certification as CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
- valid driver’s license
- strong communication skills in English
- ability to work at least two weekly shifts with consistent clients
- basic reading and writing abilities
- compliance with necessary licensing and registration requirements
Job Duties
- Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving
- assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties
- provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence
- maintain accurate records of caregiving activities and client progress
- communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals
- ensure safety and comfort of clients during care visits
- follow care plans and adapt to clients' changing needs
