Job Requirements
- Valid Utah driver’s license
- reliable and insured transportation
- ability to perform light physical activity including standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds
- current or past CNA certification
- successful completion of background check, fingerprinting, and tuberculosis screening

- experience in caregiving for seniors preferred

Job Duties
- Provide companionship
- assist with light housekeeping such as laundry, vacuuming, and washing dishes
- conduct shopping and errands
- prepare meals
- offer medication reminders
- care for pets
- provide incidental transportation to appointments and other outings
- assist with dressing
- aid in ambulation
- assist with feeding
- help with showering and bathing
- support mobility
- assist with toileting and incontinence care
- help with transferring
- provide memory care
- arrive on-time for all services
- maintain documentation of all services provided
- record and report changes in the client’s condition
- communicate regularly with the office team
- participate in in-service and informational meetings
