Job Description
Our company is a dedicated provider of caregiving services in the Hampton Roads area, including Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Portsmouth, and the surrounding locations. We specialize in offering compassionate, reliable, and professional care to aging adults, especially those facing challenges such as dementia and Alzheimer's disease. Our organization is deeply committed to creating a supportive environment for both our clients and employees, emphasizing respect, dignity, and high-quality care. We believe in the importance of financial stability and work-life balance for our caregivers, which is why we offer flexible schedules, competitive wages, and a supportive workplace culture.
We are currently hiring for part-time caregiving positions, with opportunities for both experienced and new caregivers. Starting pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour based on experience, and we provide an excellent work environment that includes 24/7 support. Our caregiving roles involve companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, running errands, transportation to appointments, and assisting with activities of daily living, including specialized Alzheimer’s and Dementia care. We pride ourselves on a thorough training program and ongoing education to ensure every caregiver is fully prepared and confident in their duties.
The role requires availability primarily from Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, though we offer flexible scheduling to accommodate both personal and professional needs. Our mission is rooted in compassion and community support; our founder's dedication stems from personal experience with dementia care and a desire to alleviate burdens on families through quality caregiving. By joining our team, caregivers not only gain employment but become part of a community that values their contributions and supports their career growth. Join us and enjoy benefits such as competitive wages, paid training, 401(k) plans, healthcare including dental, referral bonuses, paid time off, performance incentives, and career advancement opportunities in senior care. Certain benefits may require tenure, underscoring our commitment to long-term employee development and satisfaction.
