Our caregivers play a vital role in delivering personalized support to seniors by assisting with various daily activities such as companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, personal care, and transportation to appointments or errands. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate different lifestyles with shifts available in 4, 8, and 12-hour increments with opportunities for consistent weekly scheduling where caregivers are paired with the same clients on the same days and times. The compensation package is competitive within our region, offering hourly wages ranging from $20 to $24 depending on location, with higher pay rates for couples care and last-minute shift pickups which can reach up to $30 per hour.
