Belmont Village is currently seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join their Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This full-time position includes set schedules offering shifts from 6:30 am to 2:45 pm, 2:30 pm to 10:45 pm, or 10:30 pm to 6:45 am, accommodating various preferences and lifestyles. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing hands-on assistance to a group of senior residents, enhancing their quality of life through compassionate daily care. The ideal candidate is not only reliable and empathetic but also excels in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment where collaboration and a growth mindset are crucial. While having a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license is not mandatory, candidates with CNA credentials or relevant caregiving experience are highly encouraged to apply.
This role is centered around supporting seniors with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), promoting socialization, and ensuring their safety and well-being within the community. As a Caregiver at Belmont Village, your commitment to exceptional hospitality and resident satisfaction will be paramount in every interaction. You will be responsible for documenting care accurately and reporting any changes promptly to supervisors, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance. - must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
- experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider

Job Duties
- Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community
- promote socialization and inspire participation in community activities while prioritizing resident safety and well-being
- document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services provided and promptly report any observed changes to supervisors
- uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance
- provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed
- make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction your top priorities in every interaction
