Job Duties
- Provide compassionate and resident-centered care
- support daily living activities in assisted living and memory care
- communicate professionally with residents, families, and team members
- assist with medical and personal care tasks as per license and training
- participate in training and development programs
- collaborate with health services team to enhance resident well-being
- maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
