Job Requirements
- Hold an active HCA, NAC, or NAR license
- be able to provide compassionate, resident-centered care
- have good communication skills
- be reliable and punctual
- be willing to work full-time day, evening, or night shifts
- commit to working a predictable rotating schedule
- demonstrate a desire to grow
- pass any required background checks and screenings
