The role being offered is for a Direct Support Professional/Caregiver within the IDD Services division based in Whitehall, PA. This position plays a crucial part in helping individuals with developmental challenges to live fuller lives. The caregiver will be engaged in direct, hands-on support that includes assisting individuals with personal hygiene, encouraging participation in community activities, fostering developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, and managing behavioral challenges. Working day or evening shifts between 7 am to 11 pm, this job requires both patience and compassion to effectively handle complex needs with dignity and respect.

Pay is competitive at $19 per hour, reflecting the importance and skill required for this work.
