Job Description

TheKey is a leading provider of private pay in-home care services dedicated to supporting aging seniors across North America. Recognized as the largest company in its sector, TheKey prides itself on being an employer of choice by fostering a supportive and rewarding work environment for its caregivers. Headquartered in North America, the company maintains a strong presence with local teams committed to delivering exceptional support services to both their clients and employees. This dedication has established TheKey as a trusted name in senior care, offering compassionate, professional, and personalized assistance right in the comfort of clients' homes.

TheKey is currently hiring caregivers in Everett and surrounding areas, offering significant earning potential with pay rates ranging from $22 to $24 per hour. These competitive rates increase to $25-$26 per hour for shorter shifts lasting 4 to 6 hours, providing flexible earning opportunities for individuals seeking either full-time or part-time employment. The company values flexibility highly, currently hiring caregivers for all shifts, with a particular preference for daytime and weekend availability. This flexible scheduling is designed to accommodate the diverse needs of caregivers while ensuring continuous, quality care for seniors.

The caregiver role at TheKey is integral to enhancing the quality of life for aging adults by providing one-on-one assistance with daily activities inside their homes. This position not only involves offering essential personal care such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal assistance but also includes light housekeeping duties like cleaning, laundry, and organizing to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment. Additionally, caregivers provide vital transportation services, helping clients attend medical appointments, run errands, and shop for groceries. Beyond the physical tasks, emotional and social support through companionship activities like games and puzzles forms a core part of the caregiver’s responsibilities, playing a crucial role in promoting mental and emotional well-being among seniors.

Joining TheKey means becoming part of a passionate community committed to changing how the world ages by delivering high-quality in-home care. The company supports its employees with numerous benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, and mileage reimbursement. Caregivers also benefit from paid virtual and hands-on training, weekly pay with an optional daily pay feature through PayActiv, and referral bonuses paid through the Caribou platform. Throughout their employment, caregivers receive 24/7 support from local management teams to ensure they have the resources and assistance needed to perform their roles effectively and confidently.

This is more than just a job; it is a rewarding career opportunity for compassionate individuals eager to make a tangible difference in their communities. TheKey fosters career development by offering opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization. Dedicated to treating every employee with dignity and respect, TheKey ensures a white glove service experience for both caregivers and clients. Eligible candidates must comply with state background screening requirements and be legally authorized to work in the United States. Additional location-specific eligibility requirements, benefits, compensation, and bonuses may apply, which will be discussed during the interview process. If you are a compassionate, innovative, and dedicated caregiver ready to impact the lives of seniors positively, TheKey invites you to join their team and help change the way the world ages.
