Job Description
Our company operates as a compassionate caregiving service provider dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for aging adults in the communities of Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Milpitas, Mountain View, Fremont, San Jose, and surrounding areas. We specialize in offering personalized, reliable, and respectful home care services tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. With a focus on maintaining dignity, comfort, and independence, our team is committed to delivering top-quality caregiving support in a friendly and supportive work environment.
As a thriving caregiving company, we take pride in supporting our caregivers with excellent benefits and comprehensive training programs. We understand the importance of a motivated and knowledgeable team, which is why we offer both full-time and part-time positions to accommodate various schedules and life circumstances. Our pay range for caregiving roles starts at $23 to $24 per hour, reflecting our commitment to competitive compensation for a vital service. Our work environment also includes 24/7 support and a supportive office staff that truly listens to the needs of caregivers, helping them perform their duties to the best of their abilities.
The caregiving role focuses on providing essential personal care and household assistance to clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing. Responsibilities include helping with bathing, showering, toileting, and other aspects of personal hygiene, as well as performing light housekeeping and meal preparation. Caregivers also support evening and overnight routines, attending to clients’ needs such as incontinence care when necessary. A critical aspect of the role involves documenting care activities accurately and communicating any changes in the client’s condition clearly and professionally.
Our caregivers are expected to respond calmly and confidently in challenging situations or emergencies, demonstrating high levels of compassion, patience, and reliability. This position requires caregivers to be dependable and punctual, possessing an active registration with the California Healthcare Association (HCA), a recent TB test, and at least three years of caregiving experience in home or facility care. A valid driver’s license with reliable auto insurance is essential for travel between shifts and client homes, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness.
We offer an attractive benefits package that includes weekly pay, performance-based bonuses, 401(k) with company matching, referral and 5-star Google review bonuses, guaranteed minimum hours for flexible caregivers, paid mileage, and paid travel time between shifts. Paid training and ongoing development opportunities are also provided, empowering our caregivers to grow professionally and enhance their skills continuously.
By joining our team, caregivers become a valued part of a compassionate organization dedicated to improving the lives of seniors and adults needing care. Through our supportive culture and commitment to quality, we foster an environment where caregivers can thrive personally and professionally while making a meaningful difference in the lives of those they serve. This caregiving opportunity offers a rewarding career path with competitive pay and excellent benefits in multiple locations across the San Francisco Bay Area.
