This flexible employment opportunity allows caregivers to work part-time, per-diem, or full-time, depending on personal preferences and availability. Located in Belvedere Tiburon, CA, this in-home caregiver position is a W2 employment role, offering compensation ranging from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on client needs, shift types, and caregiver experience.
The In-Home Caregiver role at CareLinx involves providing non-clinical support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and comfort with daily living activities. These essential caregiving tasks include companionship, cooking and meal preparation, mobility assistance, medication reminders, personal hygiene support, light housekeeping, and laundry. Additional responsibilities may include running errands, providing transportation, assisting with telehealth doctor visits, and safely supporting clients after hospital discharge. The role requires thorough documentation of care activities via the CareLinx app, timely timesheet submission, confidential communication with care advisors, and upholding client privacy at all times. Caregivers work closely with care advisors to align schedules with client needs and caregiver availability, ensuring quality care delivery and positive client relationships.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum six months of caregiving experience
- Reliable smartphone for app usage
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Reliable transportation
- Pass background and any required medical checks
- Valid driver’s license if driving duties apply
- Willingness to complete necessary training
- Maintain client confidentiality
- Ability to submit timesheets on time
Job Qualifications
- Six months of caregiving or educational experience such as CNA, HHA, MA
- Reliable access to smartphone capable of running CareLinx app
- Ability to communicate in English, bilingual caregivers encouraged
- Reliable transportation to and from client homes
- Must pass background check
- Completion of program-specific training may be required
- Medical requirements such as physicals, TB tests, or drug testing depending on client
- Valid driver’s license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts
Job Duties
- Provide friendly companionship to clients
- Assist with cooking and meal preparation
- Support walking, mobility, and exercise
- Give medication reminders (non-clinical)
- Help with bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Run errands or provide transportation as needed
