The role of Life Skills Trainer/Caregiver at NeuroRestorative is a part-time position requiring 24 hours per week during overnight shifts from 11 pm to 7 am. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $16.00 to $19.50 per hour based on experience. As a Life Skills Trainer/Caregiver, you will play an essential role in shaping the lives of individuals by providing direct support and training to enhance their day-to-day living skills. This role involves assisting with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning, and medication administration, while ensuring the safety and well-being of those under your care.

You will be instrumental in facilitating therapeutic recreation and other assistance programs in both residential and community settings. Supporting the people you work with in community integration by accompanying them on outings, providing transportation, and fostering positive employment relationships are also key responsibilities. Collaboration with clinical staff is a vital part of this role, as you will help implement therapeutic and behavioral plans tailored to the needs of individuals.
