With a firm belief that caregivers are the heart of the business, Private Home Care has cultivated an environment of respect, professional growth, and job satisfaction. The company is well-regarded for offering continued training, awards programs, and schedules designed to fit the personal lives of their caregivers. This home care provider offers personalized care services to clients in the comfort of their own homes, supporting individuals who may require assistance due to age, illness, or disability, with a focus on kindness, patience, and respect. They emphasize a supportive and professional culture, where caregivers receive round-the-clock office support, enabling them to provide the highest quality care to their clients. The company also believes in thoughtful client matching, ensuring that caregivers are paired with clients whose needs and personalities fit well with their skills and preferences to enhance the caregiving experience for both parties. At Private Home Care, caregivers enjoy competitive pay, ranging from $18 to $22 per hour depending on experience, with clear pathways for advancement and promotion. The hiring process is efficient, with an emphasis on swift onboarding, including interviews and orientation within one week of first contact with recruiters. This ensures that new caregivers can start their rewarding careers promptly.

The caregiving role at Private Home Care is both demanding and fulfilling. Caregivers provide essential personal care, including assistance with meal preparation, medication reminders, errands, and other client-directed tasks, tailored to individual needs. They are also expected to assist with light housekeeping duties, laundry, and general household chores as observed, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for clients. The role requires physical capability, including the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist in client transportation using devices such as gait belts or Hoyer lifts. Candidates must have at least one year of paid caregiving experience or hold certifications like CNA, PCA, LPN, or RN. Experience working with clients who have Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Parkinson’s, or ALS is a plus, reflecting the company’s commitment to specialized and compassionate care. Additional requirements include being at least 18 years old, passing comprehensive background and skills assessments, having a valid driver's license with an insured, reliable vehicle, and possessing basic English skills. Private Home Care fosters equality and prohibits discrimination on any protected basis, aligning with state and federal safety and ethical standards. Benefits offered include health, dental, vision insurance, Aflac coverage, a 401(k) plan with company matching after one year, and various recognition programs. This position is ideal for compassionate, patient, intuitive self-starters who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others through professional caregiving.
