The role of Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Sevita, based onsite at 1220 Industrial Ave., Suite C in Hiawatha, is a full-time position offering competitive pay ranging from $15.25 to $18.50 per hour, with additional benefits such as on-demand pay and a referral bonus program. This position is ideal for individuals who hold a valid driver's license with at least one year without restrictions and have a passion for supporting others in their personal and developmental goals.

As a DSP, you will be the cornerstone of support for individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them to enhance their quality of life through hands-on assistance and meaningful community involvement. Your duties will include assisting with everyday living activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, personal care, and facilitating outings that encourage social and recreational engagement. Moreover, you will play a key role in building trusting and supportive relationships as a mentor, advocate, and friend, promoting inclusion and community participation for the individuals you support.
