The current opportunity is for an In-Home Caregiver based in Kansas City, Kansas. This role operates within client homes and is offered on a part-time or per-diem basis under a 1099 contractor employment type. The caregiver’s responsibilities encompass providing non-clinical, in-home care services to health plan members and private clients. Beyond direct client care, caregivers are expected to accurately complete and document all care tasks in the CareLinx app during each shift. This documentation supports consistent communication with the CareLinx clinical team, enabling prompt reporting of any changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities.

Furthermore, timely submission of timesheets through the app and proactive communication with assigned Care Partners are crucial for maintaining efficient care coordination. Upholding patient privacy, dignity, and ensuring a safe, secure environment are paramount, with client confidentiality strictly maintained at all times. Caregivers may also have opportunities to support clients with transportation and errands, accompany members safely after hospital discharges, and assist with telehealth navigation to help clients connect with virtual doctor visits.
