The Life Skills Trainer/Caregiver position at NeuroRestorative is a full-time, rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in others' lives. The role requires working 40 hours per week during day shifts from 7 am to 3 pm, offering a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $19.50 based on experience. This position is integral to the daily lives of care recipients, offering hands-on assistance in essential living skills and therapeutic recreation activities, both in residential and community environments.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing tailored training, assistance, and supervision that support the development of independence for individuals under care. Responsibilities include helping with meal preparation, personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning, and medication administration, all crucial for maintaining each individual's well-being and dignity. The role also supports community integration by facilitating employment relationships, accompanying individuals on outings, or providing transportation to various activities. Job Duties
