We are currently inviting compassionate and motivated individuals to join us as Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in Hiawatha, Iowa. This is a full-time, onsite position with competitive pay ranging from $15.25 to $18.50 per hour, along with unique benefits such as on-demand pay and a referral bonus program. As a DSP at REM Community Services, you will receive extensive training to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care and support. You will serve as a mentor, advocate, and friend, helping those you support to engage with their communities and participate in activities that bring joy and fulfillment.
