The Care Pro position at Home Instead is designed for individuals passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of seniors. As a Care Pro, you will become an essential part of a dedicated team that values respect, empathy, and professionalism in caregiving. This role involves delivering non-medical assistance tailored to each client’s needs, ensuring that seniors can remain safely in their homes while receiving the help they require. Typical responsibilities include providing companionship, helping with meal preparation and light housekeeping, offering medication and appointment reminders, and assisting with personal hygiene and mobility challenges. Candidates who join Home Instead will benefit from flexible scheduling options ranging from 4 to 12 hours per day, allowing them to balance work with personal commitments. In addition, Home Instead fosters a supportive work environment by offering paid training, ongoing professional development, competitive pay between $14.00 and $15.00 per hour, and bi-weekly payroll.

The ideal Care Pro must possess strong communication skills, a genuine desire to care for seniors, and the ability to treat clients and their property with dignity and respect. Requirements include a valid Texas driver’s license, valid auto insurance, and the ability to pass background checks including criminal, DMV, and drug screenings. This position offers the opportunity to work full-time or part-time with day, night, or overnight shifts preferred.
