Job Description

Dial is a compassionate and dedicated healthcare provider committed to enhancing the lives of seniors through personalized and attentive care. As a respected name in senior living communities, Dial prides itself on fostering an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and an integral part of a family-like atmosphere. The organization focuses on cultivating happiness and wellness for its residents, ensuring they not only live longer lives but also enjoy a high quality of life filled with dignity and respect. Dial’s team members benefit from continuous learning opportunities by working alongside experienced professionals who mentor and guide them in their caregiving careers.

At Dial, caregiving roles are crafted to support individuals seeking to make a tangible difference in the lives of elderly residents. The role available does not require a nursing certificate, making it ideal for those new to the field or beginning their caregiving journey. This position involves providing personal care and assistance based on individualized resident service plans developed in collaboration with registered nurses (RN). The caregiver's responsibilities include helping with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility, while closely observing residents’ health and safety to respond promptly to any emergencies or changes in condition. The role also fosters social engagement by encouraging conversation and companionship among residents, promoting a positive and enriching living environment. Aside from personal care, the caregiver helps maintain cleanliness in residents’ living spaces, including laundering clothes and linens and performing light housekeeping tasks.

Dial values the importance of teamwork, communication, and a compassionate approach to resident care. Employees are supported with a variety of benefits designed to enhance job satisfaction and work-life balance. These include paid time off accruing from the very first day, birthday and anniversary PTO, tuition assistance to encourage development, holiday double pay, referral bonuses, and free meals during shifts. Additional perks include loyalty incentives, employee recognition programs, and discounts on services from major providers like Verizon and AT&T. Comprehensive medical benefits encompass prescription drug insurance, dental and vision coverage, as well as basic term life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance. Financial security is supported through 401K plans and pay advance programs, reflecting Dial’s commitment to the welfare of its team members in and outside the workplace.

In this caregiving position, individuals will acquire valuable hands-on experience while contributing meaningfully to the welfare of senior residents. The role emphasizes empathy, patience, and dedication, making it suitable for compassionate individuals eager to develop their skills and impact the lives of others positively. With strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset, caregivers at Dial play a critical part in maintaining a warm and supportive community environment. This opportunity offers a rewarding career path for those passionate about elder care and interested in professional growth within a respected and supportive company.
