Job Description

Belmont Village is a premier senior living community founded in Houston in 1997. With more than 5,000 employees and 5,000 residential units spread across 35 locations in the United States and Mexico City, Belmont Village has established itself as a leader in senior care. The company specializes in providing high-quality independent living, assisted living, and memory care programs. Belmont Village is known for its distinctive architecture, high standards of life, safety, and outstanding quality programming. The organization fosters a collaborative atmosphere and partners with prestigious institutions such as UC San Diego, USC, UCLA, and Baptist Health South Florida to innovate in cognitive health and life enrichment. Renowned in major markets like the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, San Diego, Chicago, and South Florida, Belmont Village continues to set new standards for excellence in senior care. Belmont Village has been consistently certified as a Great Place to Work since 2018 and has received numerous accolades including recognition as one of the "Best in Senior Living" by U.S. News & World Report.

The role of Caregiver at Belmont Village offers a meaningful opportunity to provide hands-on support and care to seniors residing in Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. Caregivers at Belmont Village work as part of a dedicated team committed to enhancing the comfort, wellbeing, and quality of life for all residents. This role is ideal for dependable, team-oriented professionals who have a positive attitude and excel in a fast-paced environment. Experience in caregiving, whether as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Resident Assistant, Direct Support Professional (DSP), Patient Care Assistant, or in related healthcare and senior living settings, is highly valued but not mandatory as a CNA license is not required. The Caregiver will assist residents with activities of daily living including toileting, hygiene, incontinence care, and social engagement activities promoting participation and community interaction. A key part of this role is delivering exceptional hospitality and customer service, ensuring every interaction prioritizes resident satisfaction and safety. Caregivers are also responsible for maintaining accurate records of the care provided and reporting any changes in residents' conditions to supervisors promptly. By joining Belmont Village, caregivers become part of a purpose-driven organization that prioritizes career growth, professional development, and a supportive team culture. The company pledges comprehensive benefits that support employee health, wellbeing, and future security, making it an excellent employer for those passionate about a career in senior living and healthcare.
