With a mission deeply rooted in enhancing the quality of life and fostering independence among its clients, NeuroRestorative stands as a dynamic and compassionate leader in the rehabilitation services industry.

NeuroRestorative is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join their team. The role of a Caregiver is vital, as it involves providing essential support, companionship, and assistance to clients, ensuring that they live safely and comfortably within their communities. This part-time and full-time position offers a competitive starting wage of $16.25 per hour, with additional hourly pay increments for individuals with one to four years of experience and five or more years of caregiving experience. The position demands a compassionate heart, excellent communication capabilities, and the capacity to follow detailed instructions diligently.

Caregivers at NeuroRestorative will engage in meaningful daily activities that make a substantial difference in the lives of those they support. Typical responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene needs such as bathing and toileting, preparing meals, performing light housekeeping tasks, and providing safe transportation to appointments using company vehicles. Additionally, caregivers offer emotional support and meaningful companionship, contributing to the overall wellbeing and safety of clients in a nurturing environment. The role requires physical abilities to safely assist with lifting and bending, as well as a non-probationary driver’s license held for at least one year.

Joining NeuroRestorative means being part of a team-oriented, supportive workplace where every day brings new challenges and rewarding experiences. Employees benefit from job security due to stable federal and state funding and have access to paid training, holiday pay, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for career growth and advancement. The organization emphasizes work-life balance by offering full-time and part-time positions with paid time off and health benefits for those working 32 or more hours per week. NeuroRestorative fosters an inclusive work environment, providing equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected classification.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others while working in a stable and rewarding environment focused on growth, independence, and personalized care.
