The Life Skills Trainer/Caregiver role at NeuroRestorative is a full-time position offering shifts from 8 am to 4 pm, 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm, and 11 pm to 9 am, with wages starting at $15.50 per hour. This position is pivotal in making a positive difference in the lives of those receiving care. As a Life Skills Trainer/Caregiver, you will be entrusted with the rewarding responsibility of providing training, supervision, and assistance to individuals in residential and community environments. Your role will involve helping clients develop essential living skills, facilitating therapeutic recreation, and supporting their daily routines, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning, and medication administration.

Moreover, you will be instrumental in strengthening relationships between employers and individuals served by supporting community involvement initiatives such as accompanying clients on outings or providing transportation to work or social activities. Working closely alongside clinical staff, you will help reinforce therapeutic and behavioral plans, ensuring comprehensive support tailored to each individual's needs. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Six months to one year of experience in the human services field
  • Valid driver's license from state of residence
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Successful clearance of background checks

Job Duties
