All Seasons Homecare is currently hiring compassionate Home Care Aides, Caregivers, and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for immediate openings. These positions are available on a full-time, part-time, nights, and weekends basis to accommodate the diverse needs of both clients and caregivers. The pay rate ranges from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience and role, with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employee well-being.
The role of a caregiver at All Seasons Homecare involves providing non-medical, in-home care to clients who need assistance with everyday tasks. These responsibilities range from companionship and light housekeeping duties such as laundry and cooking to more personal care tasks including toileting, bathing, and feeding. Job Requirements
- At least one year of professional caregiving experience
- Ability to pass FBI and DOJ background checks
- Provide two forms of government-issued IDs
- Submit negative TB test result
- Possess a kind, patient, and caring heart
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to work full-time, part-time, nights, or weekends
- Reliable transportation for client visits
