Sevita is currently seeking passionate, patient, and dedicated caregivers to join its mission-driven team. This role offers an hourly wage of $17.50, pay on demand, and a comprehensive benefits package available to full-time employees, including a 401(k) plan with a company match of 3%. Caregivers at Sevita play a vital role in guiding participants towards achieving developmental goals related to budgeting, exercise, nutrition, and everyday living skills. The position involves assisting with personal hygiene, managing behavioral challenges, and supporting complex needs with compassion and respect.
