Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in caregiving or related healthcare roles preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with seniors and their families
  • Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving
  • Pass background checks and relevant screening
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Caring and compassionate
  • Willingness to learn new skills to best assist your clients
  • Preferred experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance or nursing assistance

Job Duties

  • Assist with all activities of daily living (adls) as assigned
  • Provide companionship and emotional support by engaging in conversation and recreational activities
  • Perform household chores such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up
