Job Description

Dial is a reputable elder care facility that emphasizes a supportive and compassionate work environment where team members are encouraged to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on the lives of its residents. This establishment prides itself on fostering a family atmosphere where residents are treated with respect, dignity, and affection. Known for its commitment to resident well-being and satisfaction, Dial integrates a team approach where knowledge sharing among experienced seniors and newer staff empowers everyone to deliver top-quality personal care services. The company highly values the infusion of happiness in daily living and aims to enhance not only the longevity of its residents but also the quality and enjoyment of their lives.

The position available at Dial is ideal for individuals beginning their caregiving careers or those looking to contribute to a community-focused environment without necessarily holding a nursing certificate. This role involves providing personal care services, assistance, and support under the guidance and delegation of registered nurses (RN). The caregiver will be responsible for helping residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, hygiene, and mobility to ensure their comfort and safety. The role extends beyond basic care as the caregiver also observes and reports changes in residents' health and well-being and responds promptly to emergency situations. Additionally, caregivers act as companions to residents, encouraging social interaction and creating a pleasant home-like atmosphere through minor housekeeping duties. Dial offers a robust package of benefits that enhance the work experience, including paid time off from day one, tuition assistance programs, and special bonuses, making it a rewarding place to work. This position not only allows caregivers to make a meaningful difference but also provides opportunities for personal growth and recognition within the organization.
