With operations across multiple community-based settings and locations, NeuroRestorative offers an extensive range of programs aimed at fostering recovery, independence, and quality of life. These programs include vocational and therapy services, day treatments, and specialized care designed to meet the unique needs of infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members, and Veterans. Working at NeuroRestorative means joining a team that prioritizes making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals striving to overcome significant health challenges. As a Life Skills Trainer/Caregiver on the part-time evening or overnight shift (3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am), you will play a vital role in empowering those you serve by providing hands-on assistance and training tailored to their living skills and therapeutic needs. You will facilitate therapeutic recreation and help individuals develop and maintain living skills critical to their independence. This role also involves fostering positive relationships between clients and their employers, supporting community integration by accompanying clients on outings, and providing transportation to various activities or work settings. Collaboration with clinical staff is essential to ensure that clients’ behavioral and therapeutic plans are effectively implemented and supported. This position provides the rewarding experience of witnessing firsthand the progress and success of the people you assist.

With over 50 years of experience and a workforce of more than 40,000 team members, Sevita serves approximately 50,000 clients across the United States. The company fosters an inclusive and equitable work culture, ensuring non-discrimination on any protected bases as part of its core values. Employees at NeuroRestorative are given access to a dynamic work environment where continuous learning, career advancement, and impactful contributions are encouraged.

Choosing to join NeuroRestorative means embracing an opportunity to be part of a compassionate team that values dedication, reliability, and a commitment to quality care. Whether you bring previous experience in human services or are passionate about making a positive impact, this role offers a meaningful path to contribute to a trustworthy and reputed organization. The part-time schedule accommodates flexibility, and a variety of benefits are offered, especially for full-time employees.
