Job Description
Our organization is a dedicated home care provider based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, specializing in compassionate and professional caregiving services for seniors and individuals with special needs. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and stable work environment that values financial security, flexibility, and genuine care for our employees and the clients they serve. Established with a mission grounded in personal experience, our company was founded by someone who witnessed first-hand the challenges families face when caring for loved ones with dementia. This insight drives us to provide not only exceptional care services but also meaningful employment opportunities for caregivers in Tulsa and the surrounding areas.
We are currently urgently hiring for caregiver positions including Personal Care Assistants (PCA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). Our team members enjoy competitive wages ranging from $13.00 to $16.00 per hour along with comprehensive support that includes 24/7 assistance to ensure both clients and caregivers feel supported at all times. We offer full-time and part-time caregiving roles to accommodate various schedule needs, thus promoting a work-life balance that respects individual circumstances.
The caregiving positions involve a multitude of important responsibilities that contribute significantly to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. These roles require individuals who are not only skilled in performing caregiving tasks but are also empathetic, dependable, and passionate about making a positive impact within the community. Our comprehensive training and ongoing education programs ensure that caregivers, whether newly entering this field or with prior experience, are well-prepared to deliver high-quality care. Additional benefits such as healthcare plans including dental, 401(k) retirement plans, referral bonuses, paid time off, and career advancement opportunities make this an attractive employment opportunity for those committed to a rewarding career in senior care.
Our mission is deeply rooted in understanding the emotional and practical demands of caregiving. With an emphasis on dignity, respect, and person-centered assistance, our caregivers provide companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, running errands, transportation to appointments, and specialized care for Alzheimer’s and dementia patients. We seek compassionate individuals who share our vision of easing the burden on families and empowering aging adults in our community to live comfortable and meaningful lives. Join our team and become a valued part of a company that truly cares about the people it serves and employs. Whether you are seeking part-time or full-time hours, we are here to support your growth and success in a career dedicated to making a difference.
