All Seasons Homecare is a compassionate home care agency dedicated to providing high-quality, non-medical in-home care services to clients residing in Contra Costa County, the North Oakland area (including Oakland, Piedmont, Emeryville, Berkeley, Albany, and El Cerrito), and the Tri-Valley region of Alameda County (including Livermore, Pleasanton, and Dublin). We are currently seeking compassionate Home Care Aides, Caregivers, and Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team. These roles offer full-time, part-time, night, and weekend shifts, providing flexible scheduling options that accommodate various lifestyles and commitments. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of professional caregiving experience and possess a kind, patient, and caring heart. Duties include companionship, light housekeeping, laundry, cooking, and more comprehensive personal care such as toileting, bathing, and feeding. We also emphasize safety by providing necessary safety equipment and ensuring all staff meet background check and health screening requirements. Job Requirements
- A kind, patient, and caring heart
- Pass a background check through the FBI and DOJ
- Provide two forms of government issued IDs
- Provide a negative TB test result
- One year of professional caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license with registration and insurance (for driving caregivers)
- Ability to commute to Brentwood, CA
- Willingness to work full-time or part-time hours
- Ability to work nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of professional caregiving experience
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient, and kind care
- Experience in non-medical in-home care roles
- Familiarity with caregiving duties such as light housekeeping and personal care
- Basic knowledge of client safety and confidentiality standards
- Valid driver's license with current registration and insurance for driving caregivers
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Provide non-medical in-home care to clients with assistance in everyday activities
- Offer companionship including light housekeeping, laundry, and cooking
- Assist with full care duties such as toileting, bathing, and feeding
- Ensure client safety and comfort by adhering to care plans
- Maintain client confidentiality and report any changes in client condition
- Utilize safety equipment provided
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team members
