Job Duties
- Assist individuals with personal hygiene
- Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
- Help participants achieve developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Foster meaningful relationships with participants
- Encourage community integration and participation in favorite activities
- Take initiative and exercise judgment in participants' best interests
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to provide quality care
