Job Description
Our company is a dedicated senior care provider serving the Kailua/Kaneohe area as well as Central and Leeward regions of Oahu. With a strong commitment to improving the quality of life for aging adults, the company fosters an environment built on genuine kindness, empathy, and connection. Rooted deeply in the spirit of 'ohana, we believe that care starts with connection, engaging clients and caregivers alike with compassion and respect. This ethos supports both our clients and caregivers, creating a supportive workplace that prioritizes flexibility, financial stability, and personal growth.
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our dynamic team. Caregiver positions are available on a full-time or part-time basis, offering flexible schedules to accommodate a variety of lifestyles and commitments. Starting wages range from $19.00/hr to $45.00/hr depending on experience and qualifications, reflecting our commitment to competitive compensation for quality care. The role involves more than providing basic assistance; it is about forming meaningful connections, promoting dignity, and helping clients maintain independence and joy in their daily lives.
The caregiving role includes various responsibilities such as companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, emotional support, medication reminders, errand running, transportation to appointments, and assistance with activities of daily living. Specialized care is also offered to clients with Alzheimer's and dementia, requiring caregivers who are patient, attentive, and skilled in managing these conditions. To support our mission, we provide robust training and orientation, ongoing education, and a comprehensive network of support available 24/7.
Our mission is to nurture both our caregivers and clients, understanding that when our caregivers grow professionally and personally, the care they provide elevates, leading to better outcomes for our clients. We are deeply committed to offering career growth opportunities within the senior care field, including referral bonuses and performance incentives for those who demonstrate dedication and compassion. We also provide benefits such as healthcare plans including dental, a 401(k) retirement plan, and paid training programs, some of which require tenure.
Joining our team means becoming an integral part of a company that values its employees as much as its clients. For those who bring a caring heart and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others, this is an opportunity to thrive in a supportive and flexible environment. Whether you are an experienced caregiver or new to the field, we encourage you to apply and meet our recruiter, Teresa Munoz-Munoz, who brings over eleven years of experience and understands the importance of financial stability and work-life balance. Help us create a positive impact on the community while cultivating your career in a rewarding and meaningful way.
