- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred

- Assist individuals with personal hygiene
- Support participants with behavioral and complex needs
- Help individuals achieve developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition

- Encourage community involvement and participation in favorite activities
- Take initiative to support participants' independence and well-being
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to provide quality care
