Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience or relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)
  • Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Reliable transportation to and from client homes
  • Must pass a background check
  • Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts if applicable
  • Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening as required
  • Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts
  • Additional documentation may be required based on state law or client contract

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience or relevant education/certification such as CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)
  • Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude
  • Committed to supporting members in living independently on their own terms
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Self-directed and organized with good communication skills
  • Comfortable using a smartphone app for work tasks

Job Duties

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping
  • Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift
  • Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to the CareLinx clinical team
  • Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app
  • Communicate with your Care Partner regarding any case updates or client changes
  • Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment
  • Maintain client confidentiality at all times
  • Provide transportation and errand support as needed
  • Escort clients safely after hospital discharge
  • Assist clients with telehealth navigation
