Job Description
Located in the heart of Los Angeles County, our caregiving agency is committed to delivering exceptional home care services for seniors and individuals with specialized care needs. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and enriching work environment that enables our caregivers to thrive while providing compassionate, personalized assistance to clients. Our agency focuses on enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering tailored care plans that address their unique health and emotional well-being. With a team of dedicated professionals, we ensure safety, dignity, and respect for every individual we serve.
We are currently seeking qualified caregivers for urgent 12-hour night shifts to support a female client in Silver Lake who is recovering from hip surgery and living with dementia. This role requires compassion, patience, and a detailed understanding of dementia care. The position offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $21 to $24, depending on experience and qualifications. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available across Los Angeles County and surrounding areas, allowing flexibility to accommodate different schedules.
Our caregivers are more than just professionals; they are trusted companions who play a vital role in our clients' recovery and ongoing well-being. To support our team, we provide 24/7 comprehensive support, ensuring help is always available when needed. We also offer paid training, ongoing education, and a thorough orientation program to equip new hires and experienced caregivers alike with the skills necessary to deliver outstanding care.
The role involves assisting with daily living activities, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation to medical appointments, and providing companionship. Special attention is given to Alzheimer’s and dementia care, underscoring the importance of empathy and attentiveness. Working in this role not only demands a strong sense of responsibility but also the ability to treat clients with dignity and respect at all times.
Our mission is to recruit, nurture, and retain the best talent in the home care industry by investing in their development and wellness. We believe in treating our caregivers as professionals and supporting them throughout their careers. Our commitment to quality care and employee well-being has built a reputation for excellence in the community. Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of aging adults and their families through compassionate, skilled caregiving.
