Job Requirements
- Treat clients with dignity and respect
- Weekend availability if applicable
- Effective communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Compliance with State of Arizona regulations, Criminal Background check and DMV check
Job Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide compassionate and respectful care
- Must be at least 40 years old or older preferred
- Knowledge of senior care best practices
- Ability to work independently
Job Duties
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage seniors in meaningful activities
- Assist clients with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment through light housekeeping and safety checks
- Communicate regularly with SHS management, office staff, and families about client needs and updates
- Maintain reliability, punctuality, and compassion while serving clients across assigned areas
