Job Requirements
- Need driver’s license
- have car registration and vehicle insurance if providing transportation
- must be 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- six months experience in human services preferred
- completed all required state training and certifications
- working knowledge of computers
- attend orientation and ongoing training
- comply with safety policies and procedures

- valid driver’s license in good standing

- completed all required state training and certifications within mandated timeframes
Job Duties
- Provide direct support or assistance in accordance with individual service or program plans
- assist with socialization and behavioral development
- assist with personal care, housekeeping, recreational activities, transportation, community orientation, shopping, financial management, citizenship, and other daily living activities
- accurately document progress and review records to stay current with changes
- maintain healthy and professional relationships with individuals served and their families
- report any instances of alleged abuse or neglect
- administer or support self-administration of medication and document accordingly
