The company fosters an inclusive and supportive environment where every individual is respected and empowered to live well.

This caregiver role within Sevita offers a meaningful and rewarding career path. As a caregiver, you will work directly with individuals who have developmental disabilities, supporting their personal hygiene, behavioral challenges, and other complex needs. Your daily activities will help participants improve their skills in budgeting, exercise, nutrition, and community engagement. You will be part of a mission-driven team that values trust, ownership, and the initiative to make a difference in each participant's life.

This position specifically requires availability for weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays from 7am to 7pm, and mandates that candidates hold a valid driver's license and have access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance. The role offers competitive pay with options like Pay on Demand, a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, dental, paid time off, holiday pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 3% company match for full-time employees. The company also invests in your professional growth, providing the necessary training and resources for you to thrive and build a fulfilling career in human services.

Joining Sevita means being supported by supervisors who genuinely care about both the participants and your overall well-being. It’s not just a job but an opportunity to be part of a stable, growing company with a commitment to diversity, equity, and equal opportunity employment.
