Job Duties
- Assist individuals with personal hygiene
- Support participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs
- Help participants achieve developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Build meaningful relationships with those served
- Encourage community engagement and participation in favorite activities
- Take initiative to provide person-centered care
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure quality support
