Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) or willingness to become registered
- Minimum 1 year personal or professional senior caregiving experience
- Proficiency in smartphone applications for schedules and care plans
- Valid California Driver's License, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass drug test, TB test, and background check
- Verifiable references
- Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
- Capable of sitting, standing, bending, reaching, walking, and climbing stairs during shifts
- Must work a minimum of 20 hours per month
- Positive attitude and commitment to caregiving
- Open and responsive communication with office staff
- Strong work ethic and dependability

Job Duties
- Provide companionship and non-medical in-home care to seniors
- Assist with personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, transportation, memory care, and bed care
- Help with mobility and transfers, must be able to lift 25+ pounds
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and families
- Create healthy boundaries
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required
