Job Requirements

Motivated and compassionate attitude
Willingness to work overnight hours Friday through Sunday
Valid driver's license
Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
Physical ability to assist with personal care tasks
Commitment to participant dignity and independence
No GED or high school diploma required

Job Qualifications

Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs
Proven teamwork and time management skills
Compassionate, patient, reliable, and responsible behavior
Valid driver's license
