Job Requirements
- No GED or high school diploma required
- six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- valid driver's license preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to work on weekend day shifts

Job Duties
- Assist with personal hygiene
- support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
- help participants achieve developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- build meaningful relationships with participants
- encourage community involvement and participation in favorite activities
- maintain a safe and supportive environment
- work collaboratively with supervisors and team members
