Job Requirements
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Good writing skills

- Clean 3 year driving abstract
- Proof of insurance with minimum $50,000 coverage
- Minimum age of 18 years
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferred CNA or HCA certifications
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience working with clients with challenging behaviors preferred
- Certification or willingness to obtain HCA or CNA certification
- Knowledge of mental health support practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to apply de-escalation techniques
- Reliable and patient demeanor
Job Duties
- Assist clients with personal grooming
- Support daily living activities such as shopping and housekeeping
- Participate in recreational outings with clients
- Apply knowledge of de-escalation techniques to manage challenging behaviors
- Maintain detailed documentation and accurate records
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Ensure client safety and well-being
