Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt

- Commitment to supporting individuals with complex needs

Job Duties
- Assist individuals with personal hygiene and overnight care needs
- Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Manage behavioral challenges with patience and compassion
- Foster meaningful relationships with individuals to promote community engagement
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment during overnight shifts
