The role offered is that of a Life Skills Trainer/Caregiver within an Adult Day Care setting. This full-time position, working day shifts from 8 am to 4 pm, offers hourly wages starting at $15.50. As a Life Skills Trainer/Caregiver, you will make a meaningful difference every day by supporting individuals receiving care to develop and maintain essential life skills. This role is both rewarding and critical to the organization's success, as you will assist clients in various daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, medication administration, shopping, and cleaning. In addition, you will provide training and supervision in living skills and therapeutic recreation, ensuring that clients can thrive in both residential and community environments.

You will play a vital role in facilitating positive relationships between individuals served and their employers, supporting community engagement by accompanying clients on outings or providing transportation to work and other activities. Close collaboration with clinical staff is essential, as you will help implement and support therapeutic and behavioral plans tailored to each individual's needs. This role demands a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented individual who is dedicated to enhancing the lives of others and committed to delivering quality care consistently.

Working for NeuroRestorative means joining a team that values career development, offers paid training, holiday pay, mileage reimbursement, and provides health and paid time off benefits for full-time employees. The work environment is dynamic and ever-changing, reflecting the unique needs and progress of each person served.
