Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask
- teamwork and time-management skills
- patient and compassionate demeanor
- reliable and responsible work ethic
- valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Job Duties
- assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities
- support participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs
- encourage participation in community activities and social events
- help individuals achieve developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- develop meaningful relationships with the individuals served
- maintain clear and accurate documentation of care provided
- collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure quality support
